What we’re looking for

• Proven sales management experience with P&L responsibility
• Strong B2B and key account experience
• Dealer sales or vehicle industry background? Big plus!
• Native Finnish speaker, fluent in English
• Commercial mindset, natural leadership, and a proactive, results-driven approach
