About the role

Imagine being at the center of our operations, where your insights and strategic thinking drive our success. As a Business Controller, you will be a key partner to our Retail Site Managers in the Nordics, providing support to all business areas. You will analyze profitability, volumes, sales channels, and product mixes to keep us ahead. Your attention to detail will help improve our processes and measure our performance, both operationally and financially, while also managing and analyzing our incentive programs.

But that's not all. You will conduct risk analyses, help with month-end closing processes, and play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and follow-up. Your work will directly impact our ability to make informed decisions.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is not just experienced but passionate about making a difference. You have a relevant educational background and work experience, and you are fluent in both English and at least one Scandinavian language. Your strong data analysis skills and IT knowledge set you apart.

As a proactive, independent, and organized person, you are also outgoing and a true team player. You approach your tasks and surroundings positively, handling a wide range of stakeholders with ease. You support them from a financial perspective while challenging the business side, always taking responsibility for your tasks with an eye for detail and deadlines.
